Flea Market Finds

I love Flea Market Finds ... check out more flea market treasures over at Sophie Isobel's blog Her Library Adventures.

I’ve had a great few days for op shopping but I’ve really concentrated on looking for knitting patterns I like … I’ve almost given up looking for clothes because I never seem to find anything I like. Vintage stores are so much better for finding clothes.

But I don’t want to spoil my Friday knitting pattern fun so I’m going to show something I would never normally pick up … sheet music.

Isn't this cover amazing? It's dated 1913 and in absolutely perfect condition.

I found a great stash of half a dozen exactly like this one stored together with some knitting patterns from the 1940s. They look as though they belonged to a music teacher ... they're all associated with piano exams.

You just never know what you’ll find if you look hard enough.

How lovely, I'd love to see the 40's knitting patterns, I have a little collection of them myself.

I look forward to seeing more of you around in the flea market finds!
