Day 16 Blogtoberfest 2009 It rained most of the week

At another time and place rain would've been something to complain about ... but the drought's changed that.


The rain glistening on the plants next to my front door steps.

But now it's cause for celebration, with October this week more what it was like before the drought started.

Cold, windy and raining every day ... and even better the dams providing water to Melbourne have hit around 35%.

That's definitely worth celebrating.
