Good things: Ruby Tuesday

A few weeks ago my Ruby Tuesday choice was a red tin I picked up for a $1. At the time I was using it for craft ... my cross stitch.

I found a new crafty use for the tin ... to hold my niece Miss T's birthday present, a cross stitch kit that she loved.

The tin is a perfect container for the gift. Instead of a boring box, this adds a lovely personalized special feeling to it. Such a fun surprise!

How nice, to share crafting with your niece. And to put it in a nice tin - I have needlepoint and sewing items in pretty tins, too. Not that I've done my needlepoint in many, many years...

How you must love your niece, to share this beautiful tin with her.
She sure must feel honored that you will share your rare finds with her.
Hopefully you have also shared your interest for collecting special things.
I scrolled down your site and found so much worth seeing and having.

Cross-stitch is something I've never been able to concentrate on. Chocolates, on the other hand, ALWAYS will get my attention. Nice tin. Happy Birthday to your niece!
