Good things: Ruby Tuesday

I like graffiti.

Done well it can be topical. Done well it can be art.

Together with a couple of friends I often go for a wander to see what's on the walls of certain alleys.

The red of this one I thought is perfect for Ruby Tuesday.

Go to Work of the Poet for more ruby goodness.

We don't see much graffiti where I live, so it's interesting to me when I travel and see how artistic some of it is. Good choice for RT.

Here's mine.

don't care for the tagging that often goes on, like gangs establishing territorial limits. What you show here is nice, true artistry that is not graffiti for its own sake, but a real story the artist is trying to explain in the medium of paint. AS nice pictue here!

So, is there war on between street artists? Or is this a warning from one gang to another, I'm not sure what it means. :)

Around here, the graffiti is always gang related. I'd love to see some like this.

:::PUNCH!!::: Red One!! You've been warned...be alert...commercial, straight ahead. [In other words, mine's posted]

I take it this graffiti isn't on the side of a boxcar!

Interesting sentiment. Cool grafitti, though and perfect for RT. My apologies for being a day late visiting.
