Many, many years ago (about 20 years) Horace and I used to shop each week at the Queen Victoria Market.

Way back then we lived in Brunswick, a few miles away, and it was easy to load up the car with ourselves and even the girls and go on Saturday mornings for the bargains to be found there.
The girls still talk about the market, especially Wini, who remembers the fruit rolls and cheese Horace would buy for them.
