Olympic men's 100 m dash

After not really seeing anything of the Olympics, I had it on in the background on Sunday morning and was lucky enough to catch the 100m men's finals. I hurriedly grabbed the phone to ring Horace to let him know, but unfortunately for seeing the race live Horace was already in physiotheraphy (at 9am!).

So I watched the race alone because both the girls were still out and it was the most amazing race. Horace was sure Bolt would win; and how. He seemed to stop running at least 20 metres before he reached the finishing line and still broke the world record. It will be interesting to see how well he does in the years to come.

And a great result for Trinidad, which got a silver medal (Richard Thompson) and 7th (Marc Burns). An amazing outcome for Trinidad.
